Request a Report

To request an incident report from the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office, please fill out and submit the Freedom of Information Act Request (FOIA) form below.

Copies of incident reports may also be obtained by coming directly to our office:

• Beaufort office: 2001 Duke St., Beaufort, SC 29902
• Hilton Head Island office: 70 Shelter Cove Lane, Hilton Head, SC 29928 

After your request has been researched, you will receive a confirmation email stating the total fee being charged, calculated in accordance with Beaufort County Ordinance Sec. 2-435.
