Ridgeland man arrested in 2020 murder of Malcolm Moore
On Wednesday, June 23, 2021, 22-year-old Tey’Veon Smalls of Ridgeland was arrested for the May 25, 2020 St. Helena Island murder of Malcolm Moore.
