The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office offers several ways for the public to report crime or suspicious activity, share critical information with investigators or discuss general safety concerns.

BY PHONE: During business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday):
- Call 843-255-3300 for concerns in Southern Beaufort County (Bluffton, Okatie or on Hilton Head Island).
- Call 843-255-3200 for concerns in Northern Beaufort County (Beaufort, Burton, St. Helena Island, Dale, Sheldon and other areas north of the Broad River).
