The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that occurred shortly after midnight on August 11, 2025, in the area of Fawnwood Lane in Seabrook.
Deputies responded after the Sheriff’s Office Communications Center received multiple calls reporting gunfire. Upon arrival, deputies discovered that one residence had been struck multiple times by bullets.
Although no injuries were reported, the home was occupied at the time by 11 people, including eight juveniles ranging in age from six months to 16 years old.
The shooter has not yet been identified, and the investigation is ongoing.
