Lieutenant Andrew P. Faucett

Lieutenant Andrew P. Faucett is responsible for the daily operations of the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office’s four Southern Enforcement Branch patrol shifts.
Lieutenant Faucett has spent most of his career in uniformed patrol positions, progressing upward through the ranks. At the Sheriff’s Office, he has served in the following capacities: patrol deputy; motorcycle patrol officer; investigator with the Multi-Agency Drug Task Force; member of the Marine Patrol Unit; assistant patrol shift supervisor; patrol shift supervisor; and supervisor over patrol shifts.
Additionally, he served on the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team for over nine years. In August 2016, Lieutenant Faucett was promoted from Patrol Shift Supervisor to Master Sergeant of the Southern Enforcement Branch. He was promoted to Lieutenant in December 2020.
Lieutenant Faucett has extensive professional education and experience as a certified training instructor in numerous areas of law enforcement.
