At approximately 7:10 a.m. this morning, November 1, 2022, Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the Holiday Inn Express at 35 Bluffton Road, Bluffton, SC for a gunshot victim.
One victim was found with a gunshot wound. He is being transported by emergency medical services to the hospital for treatment.
The shooting investigation is active and ongoing at this time.
Motorists traveling in the area of Bluffton Road and the businesses along the Bluffton Road corridor can expect an increased law enforcement presence over the next few hours.
